We have established a dual quality control system featuring full-process production traceability plus rigorous manual re-inspection, ensuring every batch and every roll of filter material is traceable and reliable!

We have equipped all production lines with a professional production traceability system. From raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery, key data across the entire production process is recorded in real time and fully accessible. This truly enables batch traceability and accountability to individuals, controlling product quality right from the source.

Meanwhile, to guarantee product cleanliness, we adopt a combination of 11 re-inspection machines and manual fine selection, sparing no cost to uphold our quality bottom line. Since manual removal of foreign matter currently has no alternative — machines can only detect but not eliminate defects — each re-inspection machine is staffed with 6 to 8 professional operators. They precisely remove defects in areas identified by the machines and conduct a second manual inspection to ensure zero missed detections.

Whether it is standard white products, custom-colored products, or functional products such as antibacterial and formaldehyde-removing materials, all items undergo 100% re-inspection before leaving the factory. We firmly prevent substandard products from entering the market.
