It has become the largest non-woven fabric product export base in China. At present, the industrial cluster effect of PENGCHANG non-woven fabric is obvious and gradually improved, and it is seizing the commanding height of market competition with its advantages of strong supporting capacity, low production cost, excellent product quality, complete product varieties and fast technological innovation. There are also many non-woven products enterprises in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, of which Henan Zhongrun non-woven products group is the largest and most influential in the industry. They adhere to the use of high-quality non-woven fabrics in the south, using Wenzhou exquisite technology, and professionally produce various types of non-woven environmental protection products such as advertising bags, gift bags, handbags, shopping bags, information bags, document bags, advertising bags, film covered non-woven bags, color printing non-woven bags, heat transfer non-woven bags, advertising aprons, advertising shirts and so on for advertisers, gift merchants, traders and enterprises and institutions at home and abroad. Shandong Province and Jiangsu Province have gathered a large number of glass fiber non-woven fabric factories, which are mainly localized after introducing German production technology. At present, a glass fiber non-woven industrial base has been formed.
Non woven fabrics and spunbonded fabrics are subordinate. Non woven fabric is a kind of fabric formed without spinning and weaving, which is formed by directional or random support of textile staple fibers or filaments to form a fiber web structure, and then reinforced by mechanical, thermal bonding or chemical methods. To put it simply, it is not interwoven and knotted by yarns one by one, but the fibers are directly bonded together by physical methods. Nonwovens break through the traditional textile principle, and have the characteristics of short process flow, fast production speed, high output, low cost, wide application, and many sources of raw materials.
Synthetic fiber is manufactured by introducing the latest production technology and mechanical equipment from Italy, and its product features are:
1、 Light in weight, the proportion of polypropylene is only 0.9, only three fifths of that of cotton. It is thin and light, with excellent fluffy and good hand feel.
2、 Soft. It is composed of fine fibers (2-3D), which are bonded by dot hot melting. The finished product has moderate softness and comfort.
3、 Water extraction and ventilation. Polypropylene chips do not absorb water, with zero moisture content. The products have good water drawing ability, 100% fiber composition, porosity, good air permeability and easy to keep the cloth dry.
4、 Non toxic and non irritating. The product is produced with food grade raw materials conforming to FDA, formed by thermal bonding. The product does not contain other chemical components, has stable chemical properties, is non-toxic, has no odor, and does not stimulate human skin.
5、 Anti chemical agents. Polypropylene is a kind of chemical passive material, which has good chemical erosion resistance and the strength of products will not be affected by erosion.
6、 Antibacterial property. The product has water pulling property, is not moldy, and can isolate the erosion of bacteria and insects in the liquid, and is not moldy.
7、 Good physical properties. It is made of polypropylene spinning, directly laid into a net and thermally bonded. The strength of the product is better than that of general staple fiber products. The strength has no directionality, and the longitudinal and transverse strength is similar.
