HEPA Filter with Aluminum partition is made of ultra-fine glass fiber as filter material, aluminum foil as partition plate, and glued with aluminum alloy frame or stainless steel frame or galvanized frame. It has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, low resistance and large air volume.
 
HEPA Filter with Aluminum partition is mainly used to capture particulate dust and various suspended solids below 0.3um. Suitable for high temperature or high humidity environment. Widely used in various local purification equipment and clean workshops.

Operating conditions of aluminum partition high efficiency filter:
Frame material: aluminum alloy frame, stainless steel frame, galvanized frame can be selected;
Sealant: Polyurethane glue;
Use filter material: ultra-fine glass fiber;
Separate partition: aluminum foil;
Efficiency: H13, the trapping efficiency of 0.3um particles is over 99.99%;
Use environment: use the highest temperature: 80 ℃
Use the highest humidity: 80%;
Sealing strip: neoprene;
Application Note: The working temperature is between 70-100℃;

The difference between HEPA Filter with partition and HEPA Filter without partition:
1. HEPA Filter with partition is made of ultra-fine glass fiber as filter material, rubber paper, aluminum platinum as partition board, and wooden frame or aluminum alloy frame glue. It has high filtration efficiency, low resistance and large air volume. Advantages, widely used in various local purification equipment and clean workshops.
 
2. HEPA Filter without partition uses ultra-fine glass fiber as the filter material and hot melt adhesive as the partition. It is assembled with various outer frames, and the outer frame is beautiful. Compared with the high-efficiency filter with partitions, it has the same air volume. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, compact structure and reliable performance.
