Filter characteristics:
(1)After the composite process , it gives the product persistent anti-bacterial and anti-mildew functions. Tested by authoritative departments, The inhibition rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae≥99%, and the anti-fungal level reached Grade 0.
(2)High air permeability and ultra-low wind resistance. After compounding with melt-blown PP, the filter efficiency of the combined product is increased by 10%, and the resistance is decreased by 20%.
(3) Good stiffness. This performance determines that this product has extremely high wind pressure resistance after pleating, and it will not be deformed even when a large amount of wind passes.
(4) High tensile strength. Higher performance than the woven fabric, can greatly improve longevity of the air purifier.
1）Single layer filter
Our product could be directly pleated as the Pre-filter layer of HEPA Purifier Filter.The prefilter layer protects the actual fine filter layer from rapid clogging,reduces pressure drop and increases the filter lifetime.
2）Composite filter material
Because melt-blown is very soft and lower stiffness, couldn't be directly pleated. So our product could be composited with melt-blown(MB), as the support layer of composite filter media(MB+PET), which have the characteristics of low wind resistance, high stiffness, eco-friendly, PM2.5 filter rate reaches 99.5%-99.99%.
