Through a large number of experiments, it is found that the activated carbon non-woven fabrics produced by hot-rolled non-woven fabrics, spunlace non-woven fabrics, needle-punched non-woven fabrics and melt-blown non-woven fabrics have poor uniformity and have textures, but chemically bonded non-woven fabrics A non-toxic and harmless polymer adhesive is added in the cloth production process. This adhesive has good moisture absorption and bonding effect, and can be dissolved and bonded with other polymer adhesives. It is easy to infiltrate, and its texture is fine and uniform, so that the activated carbon can be evenly distributed on the surface, thereby ensuring the uniformity of the activated carbon non-woven fabric. So choose chemically bonded non-woven fabric.
